The two-day intensive Management Training Program
On "IMPROVING WOMEN'S ADMINISTRATIVE COMPETENCE"
will :
  
Improve the Perfoemance Appraisal, Communication, Power
Delegation, Time Management and Team Building Skills of Women
for Improved Productivity, Effective and Prompt Realization of
Organizational Goals.  
  
At the end of the Training Program, Participants
 will lean how to :
 
-develop sound Time Management Skills that will enhance job 
 
    performance without lagging behind in any assignment;
 
-conduct Performance Appraisals for Adjustment where need be;
 
-utilize the strength of Power Delegation to get jobs done on schedule; 

-motivate people to perform "above and beyond" without spending 

   extra resources;
 
-Improve organization’s productivity by over 100 per cent;
  
-conduct effective self-assessment and improve on weak areas;
  
-handle employee confrontations in a calm and professional manner 

   without stress or  uncontrolled anger;

-speak up powerfully and confidently at meetings;
 
-give crystal clear instructions that employees will understand
   - the first time ;
 
-develop listening skills that will lead to conflict resolutions; and
 
- utilize stress and anger management skills for effective Team
